Samuel Jeffery
Small Business Owner, Writer, and Photographer in Argentina & Canada
As co-founder of the Samuel & Audrey Media Network, I’ve spent the past 15+ years building independent media projects around travel, video, photography, cultural storytelling, and long-form publishing.
Together with Audrey Bergner, I’ve helped grow a bilingual travel media network that includes English and Spanish YouTube channels, destination websites, photography archives, and specialized publishing projects. Across our channels and sites, our work has reached more than 250 million views and built an audience of 800,000+ subscribers.
My work has taken me across 75+ countries, where I’ve documented travel logistics, local food, cultural experiences, hiking routes, city guides, road trips, family travel, and the practical realities of moving through the world. I’m especially interested in the details that make travel easier to understand: how to get there, what the experience actually feels like, what’s worth the effort, and where the friction points appear.
Today, I split my time between Argentina and Canada while working on several long-term projects: expanding Nomadic Samuel’s Patagonia coverage, documenting Argentina through Che Argentina Travel and Project 23, sharing our property restoration and rural life in Argentina, and writing about portfolio strategy through Picture Perfect Portfolios.
Beyond travel, I’m also interested in how long-running media archives can be organized into useful resources. That includes preserving our articles, videos, transcripts, photography, and field notes in ways that are helpful for readers, researchers, partners, and future publishing projects.
Across all of these projects, my focus is the same: turning real-world experience into useful guides, videos, archives, and resources that help people understand places, plan better trips, and think more clearly.
