Trying to capture a person through words is no easy task, but I will do the best I can.

Doing something that I find important or interesting makes all the difference. I am more motivated, dedicated, and determined to perform to the best of my abilities. One of the triggers that makes me give it my all is the knowledge that others are relying on me or entrusting me with something that matters to them.

I am, and always have been, a team player. I have played team sports since elementary school and while in kindergarten, kids would form a small line so I could help them out by tying their shoes. I am currently on the Indiana University Ultimate Frisbee team, applying my teamwork skills in a sports setting, and a member of the Kelley School of Business, applying them in a classroom setting.

I would much rather succeed as a team than succeed as an individual. Personally, victory means so much more when it was cooperation and team effort that got you through to the end. It's also great to have others to share in the success.
