Samuel Liu
Born and raised in the South Bay, Samuel attended school at the University of California, Berkeley and then returned to Los Angeles to work for former Assemblymember Ted Lieu. After two years, Samuel returned to school, this time at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where he served as the Student Bar Association President.
Currently Samuel is a research associate on the Citizen's Commission for Jail Violence and the campaign treasurer for congressional candidate, Jay Chen. He volunteers on the board of APEX (Asian Professional Exchange) as the Chair of Community Relations and he is the president and founder of the South Bay Young Democrats of Los Angeles.
