Hello,

My name is Samuel Winter. I am currently employed as a project coordinator for a machine shop. This industry is still relatively new to me. Coming from a fast-food restaurant into an environment like this was quite a change. However, I was able to catch onto the basics pretty quickly. I started helping in project coordinating early in 2020, but it wasn't until January 2022 that I was officially deemed my shop's project coordinator.

I enjoy doing various things with my friends and family when I am not at work. Short-track racing is the most prominent activity you could find me engaging in on any given day off. My family has a large presence in the racing scene in Florida, and I enjoy helping my cousin work on his racecar. Other activities I enjoy include traveling, reading, and playing sports.

Following my Christian upbringing, I believe in transforming the lives of those around me for the better. This entails several core values that I strive to follow in everything I do. No matter the setting I am in, I treasure the importance of spreading love, joy, and peace. This may include me offering a helping hand, encouraging others and brightening their day, or simply stopping to listen. As said by Mahatma Gandhi, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” I value and aspire to incorporate several other major philosophies into my everyday life: generosity, respect, compassion, and servanthood. I believe that every act of kindness, love, compassion, and servanthood, no matter how small, has the potential to change someone's life forever.
