For over 20 years, I've delivered many tools used to save lives and improve people's lives. With responsibility, respect, fairness and honesty, I coordinated and implemented Information and Communication Technology (ICT) projects in various institutions in Brazil and Angola, in accordance with best practices in project management (PMI), agile management (SCRUM), process modeling (AS -IS and TO-BE) and business process management (BPM).

In the last 5 years, I coordinated several ICT projects in Angola, namely, the Ministry of Health (Health Information Systems and Intervention Program in the Regional Hospitals and Américo Boavida), Luanda Provincial Government (Urban Cleaning Services Fee Collection System), Ministry of Water and Energy (ICT Infrastructure for New Electricity Accountants of Angola ), Port of Namibe and Port of Luanda (Port Management System). I also worked as an academic tutor (AIEC) and account manager for ERP Primavera. In Brazil, Coordinated several healthcare information systems implementation projects (Procenge Saúde, AGFA/WPD/DGS, GEMMIUS eg.). I'm a Healthcare informatics specialist consultant.
