I write Memories and Mayhem Blog, a lifestyle blog aimed at women in their 40s who want to redefine midlife.

As a Mum to two teenagers I found that the demands of parenting had reduced and I had more time on my hands.

I looked for other women who are in the same situation as me and couldn't find any. So I started Memories and Mayhem as a place of inspiration and ideas for embracing midlife.

I love to travel with my family and have been fortunate to visit many places around the world. I share our experiences so that they may help others find new places to visit.

I'm also a huge Disney fan and have visited Walt Disney World many times. I love to help others get the most out of their trips and share lots of tips on my website too.

Family time is so important to me and we like to spend time watching movies, hanging out with friends and going out to dinner.

When I have a spare 5 minutes you'll usually find me with a book in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other!
