Hi, I’m a certified Q Grader with over 20 years of barista experience, and my lifelong passion is simple—brewing better coffee. I’m the owner of Maxie Coffee, a small but solid business built on internal peace, growth, and a whole lot of heart.

At Maxie, I’m creating more than just a coffee shop—it's a welcoming space where everyone feels at ease. I genuinely care about people, our community, and the world around us. One of my greatest joys is nurturing individuals and helping them grow into the best versions of themselves.

Beyond coffee, I’m a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and still enjoy practicing the art. I live in beautiful Tasmania, where I stay grounded by connecting with nature—and my bees! Beekeeping reminds me to slow down, stay grateful, and find balance amidst the busy, sometimes crazy pace of life.
