Sana Elshazly

Software Engineer and Mobile Application Developer in Cairo Governorate, Egypt

Hi, I’m Sana Elshazly, a mobile developer geek, a feminist, and a lifelong learner that was born in December 16, 1993.

I graduated from The Faculty of Informatics & Computer Science with a B.Sc in Computer Science, major of Software Engineering. After which I pursued a 9-Month diploma of Software Engineering, Java Department, track of Mobile Application Development.

I love what I do for a living and I enjoy each part of it, and I try as hard as I can to help others find a way to do what they love. I’m a developer who believes that writing code is a young person’s job and I’m never old. I strongly value team collaboration and high spirit, and I extremely pay attention to details.

Volunteering and Charity work makes me the happiest person on earth. I believe that happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more. For me, reading is breathing. People who proudly declare that they don't read make me nervous. I also believe that doing so many different things that you no longer know what to call yourself is a good thing.

I’m very interested in entrepreneurship and startups. When I’m not glued to a computer screen, I sometimes make things with my hands (Knitting, DIY and Crafts).

I’m insanely passionate, uniquely weird, and I don't go along the crowd because I was born to stand out.
