I am a journalist, driven by curiosity and love for books.

Currently working as Asia Editor for Tribune International (Australia) and Digital Media Manager for Tele-Visual Infolink (TVI).

I have contributed news, articles and features for Pakistan Observer, Tribune International, TVI, IRIA and Global Voices. My stories are focused on Current News and Affairs, Culture, Environment/Climate, Health and Human Rights especially Women & Children issues.

I was selected as the U.S.-Pakistan Journalism Exchange Fellow 2015 by International Center for Journalists (ICFJ). During the media fellowship, I worked at a US newsroom, The Forum of Fargo‑Moorhead in Fargo (North Dakota, US).

I have also worked with Tele-Visual Infolink (TVI) on several projects including the website and three books: ‘Web Guide to Pakistan’ and 2 editions of ‘Pakistan Media & PR Guide’.

In 2015, I founded Islamabad Scene - a news and information portal that explores the social and cultural life of Islamabad. This web portal offers all things that make Islamabad interesting and a must-visit city.

Data Visualization, Infographics, Multimedia Journalism excite me. I also contribute research articles and infographics to International Relations Insights and Analysis (IRIA).

I have traveled to USA, China, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Bangladesh, India.

My life is sincerely dedicated to people around me, books and nature.

Future plans: Write a book. Travel more.
