Roles and Resposibilities:

Handling Complete Recruitment End to End recruitment Process for Permanent Staffing.
Involved in Sourcing profiles from various sources like job portals, references, and networking
sites, headhunting.
Job posting and mass mailing on portals depending on client’s requirement.
Conduct initial short listing of the candidate by evaluating him through telephonic interview.
Coordinating with the clients in organizing the interview schedule and the follow up.
Coordinating with the candidate till the final round of Interview.
Following up with the candidate till he/she joins the company.
Creation & maintenance of database of the relevant profiles with regard to the requirements
gathered from the clients
