A significant part of our human experience involves unconscious dramas or internal scripts that can become distorted by traumatic experiences. These scripts are also impacted by cultural, sociological, and biological factors.
While treatment can be difficult at times, psychotherapy focuses on these images of the self and others to bring about emotional, interpersonal, and cognitive transformations that will improve the quality of your life and relationships.
