I am an independent consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the domains of consumer research, brand and growth strategy, and global project and programme management. In these two decades of experience, I have worked with global brands in the FMCG / CPG, Retail, B2B, Manufacturing, Media & Entertainment and Technology industries. My work spans the intersection of brand and corporate strategy, leveraging my strong insights and project management experience.

I have worked with global insights and analytics teams at Mondelez, Danone and Ferrero in the design, roll-out and implementation of multimillion dollar global brand equity, health, and communications tracking programmes. I work with a diverse range of consultancies (Kantar Consulting, Interbrand) on engagements ranging from growth strategy development, portfolio optimisation, brand architecture development, brand positioning, brand portfolio optimisation, trend identification and mapping, identification and sizing of growth platforms and opportunity spaces, category vision development and brand valuation (and its impact on global brand architecture, growth strategy, IPO planning etc.).

I have strong stakeholder management experience with direct exposure to C-suite and have worked with cross-cultural teams in multiple locations (remote, hybrid and physical working models). The cross-cultural experience has been gained from working in multiple geographies (India, China, Europe, MENA) with diverse teams.
