I work in the world of software escrow, SaaS continuity, verification, and technology assurance. In practical terms, that means helping software companies, SaaS providers, enterprises, and public-sector organizations protect access to business-critical software, systems, source code, documentation, data, and operational knowledge.

My work focuses on making escrow arrangements clear, reliable, and usable. Not only as legal documents, but as practical continuity solutions that can actually support an organization when it matters. I spend a lot of time translating technical, legal, and operational requirements into workable agreements, verification processes, fallback procedures, and long-term continuity structures.

Through Escrow Alliance B.V. and Escrowdirect.eu, I work with clients that depend on technology and want to manage supplier risk in a structured way. I believe good escrow is about clarity, trust, preparation, and evidence. It should give all parties confidence that the right material is available, verified, and accessible under clearly defined conditions.
