The San Diego Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (SDKECA) has emphasized the many benefits of regular kitchen hood cleaning for both residential and commercial kitchens. In one of the blog posts in the SDKECA’s official website, they underscored the important reasons why kitchen hoods should be regularly cleaned.
Wikipedia explains how a kitchen hood can help prevent grease fires in one of its web entries. “In commercial kitchens exhaust hoods are often used in combination with fire suppression devices so that fumes from a grease fire are properly vented and the fire is put out quickly.
