I started running in my early 40's when I decided to run the Chicago Marathon. That first race taught me what I needed, that I did everything wrong! The journey from there to this moment has been better than therapy and has made me a better person, and I think, a better employee and a better friend. You can't improve if you are tripping over your own ego!
This blog is to help me continue down the right path. To see my goals and results in a different way. If someone else is on a journey, we can perhaps inspire, sympathize and congratulate along the way.
