I am an ever-curious observer of the world, with a passion for understanding the universe in which we inhabit. I am particularly interested in humans and human nature, understanding human similarities and as well human differences. As you can see from the national emblems above, I am a second generation Jamaican-American of Black, White (English), Indian (Asian), and Chinese descent, living the motto “out of many, one people.”

Transparency is something that is also very important to me. I have never said and never will say that I made a decision simply because “I’m the coach”. I don’t think that garners you any respect from your team and it leads to a lot of communication problems that could have otherwise been avoided. I try to explain my thought process on why, how, and when we do certain things so that everyone is on the same page. I ask the athletes to respect the authority on decision making that comes with the title of “coach” but I will never hesitate to explain why I do something the way I do when asked. I believe that if a coach made their decisions soundly and with good reason, they should have no problem explaining them if prompted. Does this mean that you have to explain yourself every time you’re asked? No, but I think the willingness to do so speaks volumes.

I a newbie when it comes to web programming I did a few website like escorts in Auckland.
