Hi, I’m Sandra. I’m a Sales Enablement and Marketing leader focused on sales effectiveness and building customer lifetime value. I’ve had the opportunity to work at top Fortune 500 companies in senior sales enablement and marketing roles with a focus on improving sales productivity and effectiveness.
I'm a sales minded marketer whose held senior roles supporting sales at leading companies such as TechTarget, True Influence, Spotfire, Open Market, D&B Software, Johnson & Johnson and several technology startups. My expertise crosses three major areas, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Customer Success. I leverage my experience in SaaS, Marketing Automation, Data Solutions, CRM, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Enterprise Applications and Social Media technologies to help companies achieve their strategic goals and gain breakaway success.
As Vice President of Sales Enablement at True Influence, I developed strategies, activities, training and continuous learning that prepared sellers with knowledge and skills to make the most of every buyer interaction. I developed buyer-focused content, coaching, onboarding for effective pitching, demoing, and prospecting. My team delivered blended F2F, virtual, and self-paced training to Enterprise, ISRs, and Channel teams for SaaS solutions, competition, company, social selling and skills training.
During my tenure at TechTarget, I held multiple Senior Director roles in Global Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Product Management. In those roles, I partnered closely with sales leadership to identify critical sales needs for growth opportunities that created high impact wins. My contributions spanned strategic sales plays, to engagement strategies, to coaching role-playing to advance deals.
Having led customer advocacy in several organizations, I'm an avid relationship builder and active listener who understands how to earn advocacy, build positive NPS, and reduce churn.
I am a natural facilitator, skilled at bringing teams together to produce actionable outcomes and results. I enjoy moderating panels, customer discussions, and speakers at events, user groups, and summits.
