For over a decade, Sandra Patricia Szumiloski served West Point, Merck Pharmaceuticals as a research chemist. In her various positions, she conducted novel patented research, she, when switching from research to manufacturing, worked in a current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure high-quality final pharmaceutical products. Sandra Szumiloski additionally supported the pharmaceutical manufacturer in areas of data management while occupying positions such as shift supervisor and head of the Merck Pharmaceuticals microbiology lab testing in Wilson, North Carolina.
After 11 years with Merck Pharmaceuticals, Sandra Szumiloski, a registered tax preparer with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), established her own tax preparation business in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. As a business owner she is responsible for all areas of client support while filing on behalf of small businesses and individual taxpayers. She further supports clients through valuable memberships with industry organizations such as the National Association of Tax Professionals. When she is not working Ms. Szumiloski enjoys following the University of Notre Dame athletic teams and the NHL’s New York Rangers. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she continues to support the school’s mission with volunteer work, mainly in the field of autism advocacy.
