I'm passionate for implementing ideas, being part of projects that change society for better, and love the process of redesigning everything around me. I'm naturally very curious about and aware of a person’s story: their journey, their struggles, the things that they’ve learned —the way they build their dreams.

I study subjects I care about, everyday, more than my university degrees say I did. Some of my influencers are Barbara Corcoran, Simon Sinek and Marty Neumeier. I am highly focused on results and enjoy thinking about details and creative ways of service excellence. I'm working with the purpose of making the real estate marketplace better and easier to everyone, developing a strong culture and a disruptive company operating at the speed of a startup. I always believed that in many—even most—cases, you'll be safer zigging while the masses zag.

For the long run I would love to conciliate it with supporting entrepreneurs who believe what I believe. I have a very distinct relationship with others and with the Earth that support us. I'm what Adam Grant calls "a giver".
