I'm heading the strategic planning and established the social media department of Makheia group. In this way, since 2007, I help my clients to better approach the new digital challenges.
From 1998 to 2003 I headed the french communication agency of Extrême group, based on a huge expertise (media communication, marketing, CRM, e-CRM ...) acquired within international agencies (FCB, JWT). Then, in 2003 I established my own consultancy company. Involved in social networks since 2009, I was distinguished in France among the very first women to be visible on the social web.
I run lots of conferences, webinars and training sessions to help corporate, entrepreneurs and start-ups to better approach their strategy and the advantages of digital transformation. I'm a speaker in different schools and was also a mentor within the OrangeFab, the Orange start-up accelerator.
I am passionate about human relations and the relationship of people with brands. My understanding of their evolution is enlightened every day thanks to the knowledge that new technologies allow. I love to run conferences, webinars, and training that help maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company's needs and, especially, of their employees. I am always keeping up with the latest trends. I share my findings with the corporate world, entrepreneurs, start-ups and the academic universe. I keep on evangelizing that knowledge is everywhere. It's a matter of observing, monitoring, listening and, at the end of the day, analysing the data.
Both the context and the issues have changed: agencies need to adapt.
Therefore, I’m interested in finding how to access, based on data and analyses, to a better view of the future. How to be more relevant and efficient regarding customers’ expectations?
