I am a cross-channel communicator, story-teller, and collaborative leader with a passion for customer care. I live in Massachusetts with my husband and daughter. We are part of a community of adoptive families planning a return trip to China in 2018.

My purpose is to infuse my energy and enthusiasm, as a person who thrives on change, into elevating organizations and helping people succeed. I produce content to help brands connect with more customers, and I provide exceptional customer service on social media.
