Sandy has been a Realtor® for over 5 years, she has been specializing in Residential Sales, Foreclosures & Short Sales. She is still active with buying & selling real estate, while employed part time as Administrator at Century 21 Realty Associates. Along with her Real Estate experience, she brings 15 years of advertising and marketing experience to our team at Century 21.

Sandy has received the Rhode Island Monthly 5 Star Professional Award 4 years in a row. Her certifications include Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Broker’s Price Opinion Resource (BPOR).

Her past experience working with the sales team at television’s ABC6 provides her with the detail oriented background required to manage and close each and every real estate transaction.
Sandy's other past experience includes Ocean State Auto Auction where she was instrumental in the launching of bi-weekly online auctions from infancy. Working with auto dealers throughout the Northeast and using her planning and communications strategies, she implemented an online sales plan swiftly and successfully. These same skills are needed to make your real estate transaction swift and successful.

She also spent four years traveling the country working directly with the public conducting consumer surveys for Titleist®, FootJoy®, Spalding® and Callaway®. Her ability to work with the public is a great asset in the field of real estate.

In the late 90's Sandy was employed at the BRW Group advertising Agency in Providence. Working to promote and market Blockbuster®, Ronzio Pizza and Newport Creamery has provided her with the much needed commitment to client service in today's real estate market.

Her past experiences allow for just the right focus, attention to detail, client service and professionalism needed to get your home sold or help a buyer find their perfect home.
