Sanele Sithole
Student, Artist, and Musician in Johannesburg
My name is Sanele Edward Sithole and I am a preservice teacher specializing in the History and African Language (IsiZulu). I am a person who is very enthusiastic about finding out about the African past and the origins of African Languages such as IsiZulu, Sepedi, etc. and that is why I chose to specialize in History and IsiZulu.
I am a very musical person, so I like to engage in the creative process of actually creating music. I write, produce, and even engineer music as a pastime. I also love to read about the history of certain types of music such as Afrobeat sounds. And I m also fascinated by the amount of Historical information that ancient songs can hold. I believe that music can reveal a lot about the History of various groups of people because certain songs hold a certain meaning for various groups of people. In the future, I aim to use my love for music to create a fun and engaging learning environment for the learners I will be teaching. I believe that learning in this musical way will help the learners to retain information better.
