My career began in biomedical engineering — building real-time cardiac monitoring systems where failure wasn't an option. That foundation shaped how I think about technology: with rigour, with consequence, and with the end user always in the room.

From healthcare technology to enterprise SaaS to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry — I've led technology across high-stakes environments where the gap between a good decision and a bad one is measured in contracts, clients, and millions of dollars.

The defining chapter of my career so far: taking a technology team that built products for internal use and transforming it into a revenue-generating, client-facing software development services business — now serving enterprise clients across Australia and the USA, generating $1M+ annually, and still growing.

That transformation didn't happen because of better technology. It happened because I understood that technology decisions are business decisions — and I built a team and a model that operated at that level.
