Let me tell you a story, not about a company or a product, but about a journey. A journey of curiosity, creativity, and a deep desire to build things that don’t just work, but evolve beautifully.

I’m Sangita Deb, and over the past 8+ years, I’ve walked paths that most would call diverse, from IT systems to fine jewelry, from data science models to AI-driven fashion tech. But for me, it's always been the same story:
How can we make things better? Smarter? More human?

I wear three hats today, each one close to my heart:

  • 👩‍💻 At Creart Solutions, I began as a Project Associate. Years later, as Information Systems Manager, I now lead digital transformation projects, design ERPs, and harness data to build systems that don't just save time, they unlock potential.
  • 🧠 As Co-founder & COO of AnthX Technologies, I’m leading the development of AI products that serve high-impact industries, starting with healthcare, where our technology aims to assist doctors, optimize diagnostics, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. Alongside that, we're building an AI platform for fashion designers to bring their vision to life virtually. So that will reducing waste, cost, and production cycles. From saving lives to reimagining creativity, it's about using AI where it truly matters.
  • 💍 At Bera Jewels, a 35-year-old legacy in custom diamond jewelry manufacturing, we operate primarily on a B2B model, serving retail stores, designers, and brands. Known for our unmatched craftsmanship and flawless finish, we’ve earned recognition through numerous national and international awards. As a Co-founder and partner, I’ve brought modern thinking and AI-driven processes into this age-old art , ensuring that every piece we create reflects both heritage and innovation. At Bera, tradition meets technology, and magic is made.

Across these roles, I’ve done more than manage; I’ve built systems that breathe, that empower teams, and that scale gracefully. My strength lies in my ability to bridge tech and operations, logic and empathy, systems and soul.

Because I believe structure should never kill creativity, it should elevate it.
