Sani Yusuf Peter Idoko is a distinguished Nigerian pastor, financial services professional, entrepreneur, business executive, public speaker, and leadership mentor with more than four decades of experience spanning ministry, banking, finance, foreign exchange operations, business management, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Widely respected for his integrity, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence, he has successfully led organizations, founded and co-founded seven businesses, mentored leaders and entrepreneurs, and served the Church faithfully for over 45 years. His unique blend of spiritual leadership and financial expertise has earned him recognition within both the corporate and Christian communities in Nigeria.

Born on June 3, 1963, Sani is married to Mrs. Agnes Ochanya Yusuf, and they are blessed with four children. His family remains the foundation of his values and his lifelong commitment to faith, integrity, service, leadership, and nation-building.

His professional career began with the National Assembly during Nigeria's Second Republic before he joined Bagco Super Sack as a Fitter Machinist. He later transitioned into banking and financial services, serving with Devcom Securities Ltd, Devcom Merchant Bank Ltd, Devcom Bank Ltd, Equatorial Trust Bank Ltd, and Forward Bureau de Change Ltd, where he rose to the position of Senior Manager through dedication, professionalism, and exceptional performance.

Driven by a passion for enterprise development and economic empowerment, Sani has founded and co-founded seven businesses across diverse sectors. He served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hill Stone Forex Exchange Bureau de Change Ltd (2012–2021) and currently serves as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Hill Stone Global Trading Company Ltd. He also serves as a Board Member of AI for Business Company Ltd and Maximum Burg Ltd, Lagos.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and is a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), ICAN. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in financial management, treasury investments, treasury bills, foreign exchange operations, corporate governance, investment planning, business strategy, risk management, and organizational leadership.

Christian ministry has remained the central focus of his life since he gave his life to Christ in 1977. He faithfully served in pastoral ministry for more than 25 years at New Creation Assembly, Lagos, while simultaneously serving as the Ministry's Accountant for over 25 years.

Following more than 45 years of faithful Christian service, he voluntarily retired from active pastoral ministry and was honoured with the title of Zonal Pastor Emeritus in recognition of his distinguished and exemplary service.

Beyond the pulpit and boardroom, Sani continues to serve as a mentor, leadership coach, consultant, and conference speaker, advising churches, businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders on leadership, entrepreneurship, investment planning, financial literacy, ethical governance, and organizational development.
