At Aegisca, we are launching Avantage, our patented SaaS-based product. Avantage, truly agile and highly configurable software, assures business performance through people automation. Traditional ERPs automate processes, Avantage automates people side of the business!

Throughout my career from being an employee to becoming an employer, I experienced a few fundamental challenges such as lack of internal accountability, insufficient employee motivation, and workplace unfairness. Unaddressed, these could destroy a company from within.

Being in an employee's shoes, I felt strongly about faulty appraisal system and lack of feedback to help me improve performance.

Being in an employer’s shoes, I always thought, how one could induce internal accountability, employee motivation and workplace fairness at the same time.

Unfortunately, there is no one system that can completely solve all these problems. Over time, these very thoughts made me conceive the software product idea.
