Howdy, I’m Sanjev, a Registered Architect living in Auckland, New Zealand. I am a big fan of Architecture, technology, and music.

As an Architect I pride myself in producing Contemporary and Modernist Designs. Our Design philosophy aims to achieve Elegance , Pragmatism and Budgetary constraints . As a standard procedure, our inception starts with the formation of an accurate Brief compiled from the client's input. Once this is established, the Design process begins. Our proposed spatial layouts well considers Clean flow lines , Privacy, Accessibility, Efficiency, Spatial connections and Natural Lighting. We are also very sensitive to our client's specific cultural requirements.

A bit about myself…….My Architectural work experience spans over 20 years. I have worked in Multi-disciplinary and Bespoke Architectural Firms on Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects. Currently I am the director of my Firm Architects 360 and the types of Projects we undertake ranges from Renovations to new Builds be it Commercial or Residential. Our Professional services also includes Feasibility studies, Conceptual Design, Master planning, Tendering, Contract formation, Management and administration.
