12+ years in events industry excelled under different departments from Lead Generation, CRM, Event Operations & Sales. Currently as CRM Manager @ Trescong Global. In this role he guides the List Research team to work on various different projects for the marketing team, he also recruits and coaches staff for the department. Prior to this role he was Assistant Manager for Shared Services Center, Lead Generation (ESLR) at IQPC India.List Research Manager - US Division with IQPC. Priorly was with Confianza Integrated Communications as Manager for CRM & Client Relations. CRM Team (Lead Generation) and was responsible for Event Operations & Co-ordination i.e. After Sales activities, invoices and payment follow up, hotel booking and negotiation, handling front desk at events etc. Prior to this was with Naseba for 6 and half years in Sales and Database/Lead Generation.
