Sanjiv Mathur has over 22 years of experience in the corporate world, including 10+ years in Leadership positions. He is committed to making individuals and organizations successful by unearthing their latent potential through the medium of coaching, training and organizational effectiveness programs. Sanjiv spent a large part of his corporate life in leadership roles in the IT industry at companies including Microsoft, Oracle and Wipro. In his years as a corporate executive, Sanjiv’s responsibilities have included sales & marketing leadership, and driving corporate initiatives. He has held sales, marketing and operations leadership positions for several years. Sanjiv has managed large sales teams, up to 100 people, and owned a $120M P&L.; He also led Microsoft’s marketing team in India, nurturing impactful marketing platforms carrying industry-wide influence. His corporate experience includes organizational change management, strategic planning and driving customer satisfaction initiatives. Some of his most impactful work includes successfully restructuring a monolithic P&L; to balance company priorities, and managing change companywide in response to poor customer and partner experience that was causing erosion of the brand’s value and creating barriers to growth. Certified as a coach by Results Coaching Systems and trained in the NEWS model, Sanjiv is an Executive Coach, having coached in Microsoft, Bertelsmann, Pixion and other technology companies. He also consults large and medium companies on Execution. Sanjiv’s strong business experience in these areas is backed by specialized training in Change Management from Kellogg, Strategic Leadership from ISB etc. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt holder. Sanjiv has been a regular speaker at industry and academic fora on technology and business leadership.
