Sanjiv Bajaj is the Chairman and Managing Director of Bajaj Finserv Limited, the holding group company for all the financial service businesses of the Bajaj Group.

Bajaj Finserv, consisting of lending and insurance companies, has annual revenues over $9.18 billion. Under his leadership, Bajaj Finserv has emerged as one of India's leading diversified financial services companies with solutions across lending, life & general insurance and wealth advisory categories.

Sanjiv has pioneered the digital consumer financing in India which transformed the entire landscape of the financial services space. Sanjiv is on the board of his group operating companies & is the Chairman of Bajaj Finance Ltd., Bajaj Allianz Life & General Insurance Company.

He is also the Managing Director & CEO of Bajaj Holdings and Investment Ltd. and the non-executive director of Bajaj Auto.

Sanjiv has been recognized as the 'Transformational Leader' at the 5th Asia Business Responsibility Summit, 2018 for creating business responsibility, sustainable business models, sustainable finance and impact investing in the financial services sector. He has been honored by several publications as one of India's visionary entrepreneurs & value creators, including the 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year and 2018 ET Business Leader of the Year. He is also a recipient of Business World's Most Valuable CEOs in India for 2015-16 and Financial Express' Banker of the Year, 2017-18 among others. He featured in India Today's 'Top 50 Power People: The High & Mighty' Power List of 2019.

Sanjiv is the President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2022-23. He previously served as the Chairman of CII, Western Region for 2019-20. He is on the Regional Stewardship Board for India and South Asia 20219-20 of the World Economic Forum. He is a member of the International Advisory Board (IAB), Allianz SE and the International Technology Advisory Panel (ITAP) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
