The owner refused to handle the recall work ordered by BMW and the Department of Transportation from a motorcycle that I purchased from them.If you have money coming out of your ears and want to throw it down the toilet, then that's OK and buy from these guys.But if you want a decent value, don't ever set foot in San Jose BMW.
