I’m Sankeshwari Deo, a localization professional based in Singapore. I lead high-performing localization teams and manage quality at scale.

One of my core strengths is Linguistic/Language Quality Management (LQM). With a meticulous eye for detail, I consistently deliver linguistic excellence and cultural adaptation for global content. In 2025, I founded The Localization Link, a networking space for honest conversations, shared learning, and connection across the global L10N community.
