Sandeep is an Executive Coach who primarily helps leaders find their true purpose. He is also a Corporate Learning Facilitator, Entrepreneur and Human Resources Consultant based at Hyderabad, India. Sandeep has worked with organizations that encouraged innovation and excellence like the Holiday Inn Hotels, LEPRA Health in Action, Sightsavers International and few others in Human Resources leadership roles.

Sandeep is a Certified Professional coach, assisting individuals and corporate leaders in realizing their innate potential towards achieving their goals, finding their true north while keeping their well-being as a higher goal. Sandeep has worked with some of the Fortune 500 companies as a Leadership Coach.

Sandeep has also been a start-up adviser, representing a Global network of Entrepreneurial ecosystem and a Positive Psychology practitioner, one of the very few in India. His education background includes PhD in Mindfulness, International MBA in Leadership along with a Master’s degree in Psychology.
