About Me

I am Sanmi Falobi (ANIPR, FIMC, FIoE), a multidisciplinary social impact and development leader, communications strategist and media professional with over two decades of progressive leadership and management experience spanning NGO initiatives, journalism, media & strategic communications, public accountability advocacy and institutional strengthening.

My work experience straddles implementing donor-funded programmes, managing multidisciplinary teams, building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable development outcomes across the public, private and civil society sectors.

As a results-oriented leader with expertise in strategic planning, programme implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), stakeholder engagement, resource mobilisation, capacity development and organisational transformation, my core competence straddles strategic engagement, strengthening institutional performance and fostering collaborative partnerships to deliver sustainable impact.
I am also a multi-skilled journalist, Biographer_Writing/Publishing Consultant and Human Capital_Capacity Development Author/Advisor.

Career/Vocational pact

With over 25 years career and vocational expertise in NGO intrapreneurship, writing/publishing and media communication initiatives, I am presently engaged as Programme Lead/Project Manager at the International Press Centre (IPC), and tasked with providing cross-cutting implementation strategies and programmatic support for a number of IPC's projects funded by the EU-SDGN, EU-ACT/British Council, UNDP, US Consulate, ACTIONAID/DFID, OSF and Amnesty Int'l, among others.

I also provide project implementation guide as Project Advisor/Consultant @ ISISDNIGERIAand as a Board Member/Project Implementation Expert for some NGO initiatives in driving advocacy around Gender and Disability inclusion as well as Misogyny & Tech-facilitated Gender based Violence (TFGBV) issues.

As a Creative Writer/Journalist, I ghost-write for independent initiatives, as well as serve as Executive Editor @ https://socialdevelopmentnews.com

My other engagement includes serving as Communications Specialist at INNATE COMMUNICATIONS as well as Managing Editor/publisher, SUCCESSTACT magazine and related activities under the SUCCESSTACT.comknowledge sharing platforms @successtactng

I also moderate the SUMMERSKILLS learning platforms for adolescents &teens; Convener of the INTERFACE personal development & productivity Discourse sessions as well as; Coordinator of the Nov 19 International Men's Day(IMD) commemorative event in Nigeria.

I am also the PTA Chairman of Igbobi College, Yaba (ICY), and Initiator of the Students' Mentorship, Leadership & Skills-Learning (SMLS) Programme.
