Social, adventurous and passionate about health, that’s me. I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine and fitness enthusiast. You can find me 6 days a week in the gym to do strength training, which I have been doing for over 4 years. Besides training, I get fueled by spending times with others, laughing, a good steak, brainstorming and going on adventurous trips (kayaking, snorkeling) occasionally.
Since I like to cook, develop, experiment and share new recipes, I started with my own recipe website 3 years ago and after that I worked on the recipe sections of various websites.
For the last 1,5 years I’ve been coaching mostly advanced athletes and trainees, who were mostly referred to me by personal trainers, helping them to become stronger, leaner and set personal records in the gym or on stage. I like to help people establish a healthy lifestyle by creating meal plans that fit easily into their daily lives and coach them to accomplish their goals, thus the reason I founded ManageMyMealplan.
