Mr. Moses Sanyaolu is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seeds of the Future (SOFT), a youth-focused organization dedicated to nurturing children and teenagers into future leaders, innovators, and change-makers. Through SOFT, he leads impactful programs in leadership development, mentorship, education, and skill-building designed to empower young people to discover purpose, develop capacity, and positively influence their communities.

Over the past four years, SOFT has hosted multiple editions of its programs, reaching and impacting over 2,500 teenagers and children through its initiatives. In 2023, SOFT received sponsorship support from Chess in Slums Africa, founded by Tunde Onakoya, which included the donation of 10 chessboards and chess pieces to support its educational and developmental activities.

Since 2025, SOFT has expanded its impact further by introducing financial scholarships awarded to students across various editions of its programs, reinforcing its commitment to educational empowerment and long-term youth development.

Mr. Moses Sanyaolu is also the Setman and Senior Pastor of The Expression Community, a faith-based community with the vision of knowing Christ and Him expressed. In this role, he provides spiritual leadership, guiding individuals toward purpose, growth, and a deeper relationship with God.

Mr. Sanyaolu is a graduate of the University of Lagos, where he studied Biochemistry. In addition, he is the Chief Executive Officer of Santom Writing Consult, a consultancy focused on writing, communication, and creative services.

Through his diverse roles in leadership, ministry, education, and mentorship, he is committed to raising individuals who are grounded in purpose, excellence, and impact across both spiritual and professional spheres.
