I am an enthusiastic, senior level Human Resources Manager with a comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business, technical issues and organizational change management. I have devised and implemented coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, incorporating details of project deadlines and budgets. I have over 9 years of experience in taking an SME organization to corporate level. The main remit of my role within the past 3 years has been focussed on change management, as the organization expanded from 40 staff to 280 staff, on a global scale. I have dealt with Company expansion and reduction within this period and liaised with a variety of departments to ensure that the transition & process followed was seamless and allowed the company to function with minimal disruption to its daily operation
