Amherst, Massachusetts, United States
As an Isenberg School of Management Student, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, I realized that I have not just one passion; rather, I'm passionate about a variety of things. To begin with, I am passionate about my studies as a Finance Major. I am eager to learn about investments and stock analysis and how to apply class material to the real world. I am excited to learn about what I will be doing in the future for my career and perhaps my life as a financial analyst.
In addition to this, I am passionate about my health and fitness. I spend my weekends dancing for hours at the Recreation Center in the UMASS Dance Club, and every day I usually engage in fitness training or occassionly group fit. I also spend time at the recreation center as an employee. One could say I spend quite a bit of time in the gym.
I also am passionate about aiding others in their future endeavors. For example I am a teaching assistant for the Isenberg Freshmen Dean's Leadership Seminar. Through this I am able to offer students aide on how to create a resume, apply to internships, and get involved on campus. Overall, it provides an opportunity to help other students on campus find their way as an Isenberg student.
