Sara Kuttler

My name is Sara Kuttler. I am a researcher, public service and administration scholar, and teacher living in Fairmont, WV. I am eager to use my professional and educational experience to serve my community as a public servant in a new role.

I have an established professional background in public service and experience using qualitative and quantitative methods to explore complex social issues, such as homelessness and access to public services. I have a graduate degree in Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University and a doctoral degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.
