In 2017, Sarab Datt joined Blue Cross Blue Shield as an enterprise transformation consultant. His new role involves training and coaching multiple Scrum teams for implementation of new software products. He focuses specifically on Agile and DevOps frameworks, utilizing Lean principles. Sarab Datt additionally consults with company leadership to ensure the transformation occurs with optimal results.
Prior to his position at Blue Cross Blue Shield, he fulfilled project management office (PMO) roles at Navteq, Allstate, and The Warranty Group. During his tenure with the latter, he instituted cost-saving automation measures and he led a successful, timely, under-budget software conversion to Workday.
Mr. Datt holds an MBA from Northwestern University and an MS in computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, which he attended on full scholarship. He also has received Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a Certified Scrum Master and SAFe practitioner
Away from his professional endeavors, Sarabjit Datt enjoys reading on a variety of topics, such as technology, sports and leadership. He also maintains interests in investing and real estate.
