Welcome to my small space on the internet! I am a proud wife of dashing military man who moved me all the way from Florida to the west coast. I love to travel, see new sights and eat new food (more of the eating part though). My husband and I also love being active by hiking and running.

I haven't always been this huge runner though. Rewind to about four years ago. I was finishing up my photography degree and had NO idea what I was going to do next. The usual cross roads for a 20 something graduating college thinking "now what?" I eventually sank into a deep emotional hole and just couldn't seem to get myself out of it. One of my friends and co-workers at the time mentioned to me that maybe I should start running. I got my roommate on board with me and together we started running. Eventually, I was hooked on kicking some asphalt every morning. I started to get back to the old me plus I ended up losing about 20 pounds.

I started to learn how to cook my own meals to save some money and to be just a little bit healthier. Once I met my husband I had already started researching different eating habits. Out of everything I found, clean eating seemed the most logical. I started sharing the cooked meals I was making and ideas I was starting to have revolving around and received a lot of positive encouragement. In October 2014, I decided to take my healthy living to the next level and started coaching others to learn new healthy habits. I love sharing what I have learned with others in order for them to reach their health goals.
