My background studies are ballet, modern, contemporary, folk and arabic dance, gyrotonic, karate, theatre and economics.

In Florence I’ve been teaching ballet and modern dance, and gyrotonic.

In 2014 I was introduced with the Essentrics technique and I immediately recognized the power of this full-body workout. Since then I’ve been enjoying studying, practicing and teaching this program.
