I've been eating plants and traveling internationally since 2013 (at 19 years old).

Between 2014 and 2017 I published several e-cookbooks on plant-based cooking.

January 2020 I completed Rouxbe's Plant-Based course, awarding me my Plant-Based Professional Certificate that is recognized by restaurants around the world.

I hope to inspire and help you eat more healthy when you travel. Traveling to only vegan-friendly countries and cities isn't necessary anymore when you have me around.
