Hi there!

My name is Sara Blair and I am a Realtor with Rise Realty and Management Co. Born and raised in a suburb of Columbus, I spent many a weekend in the country at my grandparent’s farm in Hocking County. I love spending time with my family (I am blessed with two wonderful kids!), hiking, trees, repurposing, and lifelong learning.

A native to central Ohio, my enthusiasm for real estate began after the thrill of purchasing my own first “dream” house. Experiencing this emotion, the true joy and excitement of finding the perfect house was revealed!

The love of real estate along with enthusiasm for helping people were motivating factors inspiring my career in the real estate industry. My prior careers and education in banking, accounting, landscape design, logistics, store design, and parenting; looking back; really set the foundation for me.

Real estate really fuels my enthusiasm and reinforces my purpose. I pride myself on my customer centric service, communication and resourcefulness.

Our homes are the foundation of our memories, where our dreams become our life. It is where you feel safe, connected, understood and loved; so buying or selling a home is an emotional and personal experience. Being a real estate professional with integrity, dedication and innovation is of upmost importance to me!

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, Lancaster Board of Realtors, Columbus Multiple Listing Service, Progressive Referral Group of Lancaster and the Lancaster Rotary Club. My real estate service was recognized by the Lancaster Board of Realtors as a recipient of the Diamond Service Award in 2017. Committed to learning and education, I have obtained my Graduate Realtor Institute designation, Certified Real Estate Mentor designation, and Pricing Stategy Advisor designation. Designations are given to real estate professionals who have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational base.
