I am Sara Erickson, an AI-native operations executive. My career started in education, with Teach For America in South Los Angeles and then co-founding a charter school. Over six years at Amira Learning I grew with the company from $0 to $80M in ARR and from a handful of people to more than 220, across three roles: VP of Customer Success, SVP of Operations, and now Chief of Staff. I built the customer success, sales operations and talent functions from scratch, took customer success from one person to twenty, and ran the operational integration when we acquired a 270-person company.
