Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Aspen High School in 2002 as a member of the National Honor Society. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from Rollins College in 2006, graduating cum laude. While at Rollins, she served in leadership roles within Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, including president. In 2010, she received her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was Associate Editor of the Environmental Journal and participated in the International Law Practice Clinic, gaining hands-on legal experience.

Her professional career began with American Express in 2011, where she excelled in corporate account business development, earning top rankings both as a rookie and a tenured manager. In 2013, she returned to law as part of the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity’s Office of the General Counsel, focusing on community planning and strategic business development. The following year, she joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., becoming a shareholder and building a specialized practice in special districts, infrastructure development, and public finance transactions. She acted as Issuer’s Counsel for financings that supported infrastructure such as roadways, utilities, and stormwater facilities across Florida.

In 2022, Sarah joined Bryant Miller Olive P.A., continuing her work in public finance and representing local government clients. She collaborated with industry leaders, underwriters, and trustees to ensure successful financing outcomes. Her expertise includes tax-exempt bonds, special district governance, underwriter’s counsel services, and infrastructure construction for large-scale community developments.

Outside of her professional life, Sarah Warren is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, contributing to leadership and educational initiatives. A lifelong equestrian, she has competed on the national circuit and co-founded the Rollins College Equestrian Team.
