I'm happiest most when working in customer service based roles. I've been working in various jobs throughout County Durham after finishing my BTEC in Health and Social Care from Bishop Auckland College in 2008.

An experienced waitress who is enthusiastic and motivated and will go above and beyond the minimum requirements. i have excellent customer service skills as I have the ability to memorise orders and deal with any problems quickly and efficiently whilst staying calm under pressure. I have very high standards of personal hygiene and good numeracy skills for when i'm dealing with any payments or bills.

I'm currently looking for new positions in County Durham and know I would be a strong asset to any employer.
