I am a current genetic counseling student eager to graduate in May to pursue my long-awaited career as a genetic counselor. My undergraduate training was from the impeccable Indiana University ((go HOOSIERS)) and my GC master’s training was from the University of South Carolina. I still remain a midwesterner at heart & hope to return back to pursue my future career. I have a love of genetics, science, social media, pretty clothes, horseback riding, and Jeep Wranglers. My passions are increasing awareness and knowledge about genetic counselors and the constant pursuit to learn more each day. I also have a special interest in aiding prospective GC students, and am a contributing writer to the Maps & Genes blog.
