Five days a week, i wake up at around 11:00am ( I know LATE) hop in the shower and run out the door to catch the train for school. I get changed into my uniform and spend the next six hours in the kitchen learning some of the greatest techniques from some of the worlds BEST pastry chefs. I am truly spoiled and living the dream over at The French Pastry School where I spend most of my days (and wishing the rest of my life) practicing pastry with some of the top equipment and tools. After school is over, I usually head home and back into the kitchen it is. Prior to Pastry school i recently graduated with my Associates degree in The Culinary Arts and love to create and recreate delicious dishes for my roommates and I. If i'm not making dinner after school i'm usually baking, practicing different techniques or getting ready for a competition until all hours of the night, I may not have much of a life outside of my career, but i wouldn't want to do anything else. I never dread or complain about going to school or work, I GET EXCITED! I'm not sure where my career will lead me, but i hope for it to guide me to all different parts of the pastry world to learn and understand all the different aspects that come along with it!
